Can a smile come in a colorful pattern and print? Butterfly Baskets would answer with a whole-hearted YES!
On February 9, 2021, we received a generous donation from an Eastern PA resort fashion giant - Lilly Pulitzer.
Our Founder Katie Hill and volunteer Anne Kauler met with Benjamin Tengwall, Senior Vice President-Retail, Wholesale, Fulfillment & Technology of Lilly Pulitzer and received boxes and boxes of merchandise to be added to our comfort baskets for families who have recently lost a pregnancy or infant.
The vibrant colors and patterns on the mugs, journals, agendas, hair accessories and tumblers donated by Lilly will surely help to bring a smile to our recipients' faces and help them remember how wide their support system spans. Our Butterfly Baskets community is here to walk with one another, lifting each other up in times of sadness and despair.
We are so grateful that Lilly Pulitzer has also offered to sponsor us with team members volunteering in the near future. The gift of time and talent is extremely helpful and we appreciate all of the work these volunteers will be doing!
On April 17th, Lilly Pulitzer will be hosting a Shop and Share event at our local Lilly Pulitzer stavailaores in Ardmore and King of Prussia, PA! Customers will be able to browse the newest Lilly collection while getting more information about Butterfly Baskets, the work we do in our community and meet some of our volunteers and Board Members. For those not able to join in the fun in store, you can call either store on April 17th to place your order by phone and support Butterfly Baskets from afar! 10% of all sales at both stores will benefit Butterfly Baskets!
